Awesome customer service and the manager here is great. I had received a pair of shoes from here as a christmas gift that were completely wrong for my foot type/ultimately caused a fracture in my foot. The manager (I wish i got his name) was so kind and exchanged them for me for a better shoe more suited for me! I appreciate it so much - Thanks again :)

Mike has helped our family on multiple occasions find the perfect running shoes for me, my husband, and my in-laws. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. It’s clear he has years of experience, and his recommendations have been exactly what each of us needed. My mother-in-law had been struggling for a long time to find running shoes and socks that didn’t cause blisters, and since working with Mike, she hasn’t had a single issue. That alone speaks volumes about his expertise and attention to detail. We truly trust Mike’s advice and appreciate the time he takes to make sure we leave with the right fit every time. Needed walking shoes and Alec took great care of me. The foot analysis was very effective and Alec's knowledge of the various product lines was impressive. Ended up with a pair of Brooks which came as a mild surprise to me... I have already taken two long city walks in them and they are perfect. Great store, great products, excellent service.

We visited the store on 9-17-25. I was looking for a comfortable, durable walking shoe. Juliana took the time and showed me several options. I did the foot assessment and was impressed with detail and information provided. She did not rush me, even when her shift had ended. I ended up purchasing walking shoes 👟 plus a pair of very comfortable flip flops 🩴. I definitely want to recognize Juliana as an asset to your organization! Thank you!

The quality of the product and the customer service is excellent . If you're looking for the best sneakers that you can get this is the place to get it. They actually spend quality time making sure that they fit you properly with the right sneakers. It's very easy to get spoiled in a place like this as they really do a great job making sure that you walk out satisfied. They also stand behind the products they sell. Highly recommended for high quality footwear and assorted apparrel.

My shoe shopping experience at Fleet Feet Sarasota was top notch! I went in knowing what I wanted and needed, but after my foot scan, all the guess work was laid out on the screen. Rae Ann was very helpful in helping me choose the right pair and accessories. She also introduced me to a couple of new things that I didn't know about, which was great. The store was clean, nicely organized and the staff friendly. The only hiccup I had was trying to schedule a fitting online, but nothing to complain about. I definitely recommend Fleet Feet.

I picked up some new on clouds thanks to Dom’s friendly, tailored advice. I enjoyed getting to try on different sneakers and found a pair that I am already loving so far. You can get your feet scanned and find something that suits your needs. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience! I am excited for the next time.

If you love quality shoes and great service, this is the only place you should be buying shoes in Sarasota. After a bad experience at another local shop, I decided to give this place a try — and I’m so glad I did. Kristen was an absolute rockstar. At one point we had seven different pairs out because she genuinely cared about finding the right fit for my running habits. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Nothing but great things to say about Kristen and the whole team. You guys rock — I’ll definitely be back!

Was having some lower back issues and happened to need a new pair of shoes. I went in and the 3D scanned my feet! So cool. Got some inserts and a new pair of shoes and no longer have any lower back pain. Highly recommend Fleet Feet if you’re interested in keeping a healthy posture!
